Music Video Madness!

Today we would like to give some factory cred to a a few artists that are out there rocking themselves into a frenzy via the wonderful art of video... Call them crazy! Call them insightful... Or simply check them out... These artists are definitely not shy and are rocking it out all over the place while adding a  nifty visual backdrop to their music...

First we check out Rammstein's techno-frenzied Uber-German "Ich tu dir weh" from the album "Leibe ist fur alle da" which may not be the newest song mentioned but definitely deserves some cred... This video reminds us of an S&M based light up playhouse and has the sound and visuals to match...  We are particularly fond of the light up mouth piercing...These German Rockers help set the standard of darkness a little higher with their terrifyingly delicious lyrics and anything but monotonous style of dress... Here's Rammstein's video for their song "Ich to dir weh" and we hope that you enjoy it! We Do!

This next video is definitely one of our newer favorites. They go by the name I:Scintilla and the song is called "Swimmers Can Drown." Considering how amazing this band sounds, and how few views they currently have via YouTube for this recent release, we feel that we have really stumbled upon something noteworthy... Deemed as post-industrial, this band has some definite heavy metal influences perfectly complimented by the vocal talents of Brttany Bindam.... The Chicago based band has a cool polished feel and is very listenable.. It would not be surprising to hear this song on an upcoming night out... Also there should be lasers! This video is a bit of club-fun that has a series of nice visuals of the band getting their jam session on. Here is I:Scintilla crooning "Swimmers Can Drown" from their album "Dying and Falling." We just know you will love it!

Next we move on to the band that set the standard for a good birthday party! The band "The Birthday Massacre" recently released the video for their song "In The Dark" and we couldn't be happier with it! This female fronted band has been around and perfecting their art since darn round about the turn of the century... With quite a few albums under their belts and a unique sound and visual style, this synth-rock band is definitely worth a listen. Their song "In The Dark" was released in their 2010 album "Pins and Needles." Complete with mouth blood and a nifty spiral clock intro, this Toronto based half-gaggle's video also includes flashy lights and creepy misty scenes... Without further ado...

Next up we have the German based band Eisenfunk with their recent retake of an amazing anthem circa a couple of decades ago. Their recent retake aka "Let's Play Pong" is a super fun retake on the uber-fun Pong theme song... Yes! This does bring back the glory days of console gaming and this industrial trio certainly does it justice... This video is, simply put, awesome! It contains green digital graphics, and we know you love those... It contains nifty outfits, and we know you love those too! It even contains super nifty industrial dancers breaking it down gas mask style... We feel that we must mention a lack of cool lasers! Let's get our game on and release our inner geeks to Eisenfunk's "Let's Play Pong" from their 2010 album "8-bit" though on a side note does anyone know where we can get a nifty blinky radio tower...

On to an older band that will be on the Monsters in America Tour and will be appearing with some big ol' bands from across the pond... Combichrist has been rocking the industrial  and aggro-tech scene with their hard hitting vocals and beating baselines since round about 2003... On a side note we have had the opportunity to catch them live in Phoenix a few years back and had a great time of it... This song is a couple years old but considering their recent tour a necessary evil indeed... Here's Combichrist with their song "Sent To Destroy" from their album "Today We Are All Demons." Feel Free to Bang your head a bit! We know you want to!

We Hope you enjoyed our fun five and discovered some new fun bands... Any video suggestions? Let us know in the comments... Hope that you didn't forget to pop over the the Monsters On Tour in America tour... Otherwise just teleport over to Europe and catch the last leg.... promo below!
